As awareness of LED grow lights develops, we are starting to see competitors entering the market.
As a Distributor of LGL products we have the option of asking, "Is there a better LED Grow Light product in the marketplace?" Benchmarking is important to us as we want to offer our customers the best available products based on both price and performance.
Recently, one of our retailer customers asked one of the LGL groups, to do a simple test comparing the LGL XB bulb with a competitor's168 diode bulb shipping out of California. The results of our quick tests are captured in the pictures on the right. Both Lux and PAR measurements were made using the LGL 180 diode XB red bulb and the other guy's product. As you can see, the XB significantly outproduces Brand X.
